All you need to do is purchase a set of four eligible tires and mail-in the rebate bu July 25, 2011. In about four weeks or so, you will receive a Firestone MasterCard Prepaid Card that will have a $50.00 credit balance on it.  Use the card just like you would a credit or debit card at any store or gas station that accepts Mastercard.  When you use up the balance, simply trash the card.  Just keep in mind that even though you purchase your eligible Firestone tires before the deadline, you will need to send back the rebate form to Firestone by July 25, 2011.
