Tirerack is pretty good about accepting returns – Whether it’s because you changed your mind, you got your sizing wrong, sold your car before you were able to install your new tires, or because they didn’t meet the manufacturer’s warranty (or even were recalled) you can return your tires without any problems.
When returning your new tires or rims because you changed your mind, keep in mind that the official terms state that you only have 30 days from the date ordered to begin the return process. To qualify, the item(s) must be in brand-new, un-mounted, clean, and in unused condition (aka brand new still!). All return credit for tires and rims will have shipping charges deducted, while pre-mounted wheel & tire packages will have an additional $60.00 labor charge to cover tire dismounting. All return credits will be automatically charged back to the credit card you used, or if you paid by check or cash, it will be refunded by Tirerack in the form of a check to the billing address you used to place the order. For Canadian orders, Canadian duties and taxes will not be refunded on items returned for reasons other than if an item is damaged or missing from an order and/or an item is shipped incorrectly due to fault from Tirerack.com. Just keep in mind that special order items sometimes may not be eligible for a return (check your order confirmation email from Tirerack for details).

- Review the return policy details posted on Tirerack.com. If returning for warranty reasons, be sure to first review the specific tire warranty information for your tire model.
- Call Customer Service at 888-541-1777 (ext.360) for a Return Authorization Number.
- Follow the return check list to ensure that no shipping damage will occur with your return order.
